Wood care+
Wash boards by hand and dry them upright. Do not put them in the dishwasher or leave them standing in water. Depending on the wood and finish, refresh the surface periodically with a suitable food-safe oil. Avoid abrasive cleaning products and prolonged direct sunlight.
